Instructions
Rug: This piece is worked using the Mosaic Stitch technique, where two or more colors are used, changing colors every row and working FLdc one row below the base row and BLsc to create geometric patterns, without carrying yarn, and with all rows worked on the RS of the piece.
With Barroco Maxcolor in Beaver color, leave a 4" (10 cm) yarn tail and ch 112 + 1 ch to turn.
R1: Starting in the 2nd ch from hook, work 112 sc, fasten off leaving a 4" (10 cm) yarn tail for the fringe.
R2: Join Barroco Maxcolor in Porcelain color with a 4" (10 cm) tail for the fringe in the first st of previous row, ch 1, 1 sc, * 11 FLdc one row below, 11 BLsc *, repeat from * to * 4x more, 1 sc, fasten off leaving a 4" (10 cm) tail.
R3: Join Barroco Maxcolor in Beaver color with a 4" (10 cm) tail for the fringe, ch 1, 1 sc, * 11 BLsc, 11 FLdc one row below *, repeat from * to * 4x more, 1 sc, fasten off leaving a 4" (10 cm) tail for the fringe.
Keep following diag. 1, working color changes and leaving a 4" (10 cm) tail at the beginning and end of each row for the fringe.
