Instructions

Begin the pillow from the back side. With US 9 (5.5 mm) needles and Mollet yarn in Brazilian Green color, cast-on 85 sts and work in 1x1 ribbing.

After 0.8" (2 cm) from the beginning, switch to stockinette stitch. When piece measures 13.5" (34 cm) from the start, switch to color Pepper and work the jacquard stockinette stitch following the chart. Cross the yarns on the wrong side to avoid holes.

After completing the chart, continue in stockinette stitch with color Brazilian Green.

When 8" (20 cm) have been worked with Brazilian Green color, knit in 1x1 ribbing for 3.15" (8 cm) and bind off.

Finishing: Fold the work to the wrong side at the first and last rows of the jacquard section, overlapping the back section with the 3.15" (8 cm) ribbing over the other back panel (see chart).
Sew the sides, stitching through all layers along the fold.
Insert the ready-made pillow into the knitted cover.
