Body

With Amigurumi yarn color #1205 (Magnolia)

1- 6 sc. inside of a magic ring;

2- 6 inc. = 12 sc. Note: pm. on first sc.;

3- *1 sc., 1 inc.* to eor = 18 sc.;

4- 1 sc., 1 inc., (2 sc., 1 inc.) 5x, 1 sc. = 24 sc.;

5- *3 sc., 1 inc.* to eor = 30 sc.;

6 to 8 (3 rounds)- 30 sc.;

9- *4 sc., 1 inc.* to eor = 36 sc.;

10 to 15 (6 rounds)- 36 sc.;

16- *4 sc., 1 dec.* to eor = 30 sc.;

17- 15 sc., 2 ch., skip 1 base st., 14 sc. = 31 stitches.
The 2-ch space will be the opening for the wind-up button.

18- (3 sc., 1 dec.) 3x, 1 dec. in the 2-ch., (3 sc., 1 dec.) 2x, 2 sc., 1 dec. = 24 sc.;

19- 24 sl st.

Fasten off.

Place the safety eyes between rnd. 7 and 8, so that the wind-up pin is on the left side of the eyes.

Using Amigurumi yarn color #8990 (Black) and #8001 (White), embroider the eye details.

Using Amigurumi yarn color #4456 (Orange), embroider the beak between rnd. 10 and 11.

Using Amigurumi yarn color #3061 (Gardenia), embroider the cheek details.

With Amigurumi yarn color #1205 (Magnolia), make the tail with cut and frayed yarn strands, between rnd. 13 and 14.

Add a little stuffing and then insert the walking accessory.

Make sure the wind-up pin is positioned in the space formed by the chains.

Add more stuffing with the help of a needle or tweezers.
Use the craft glue to attach the chick between the two lines of the accessory, making sure it’s well securely in place.

Wings (2)

With Amigurumi yarn color #1205 (Magnolia)

Go up 7 ch., skip the 1st one.
Work in back-and-forth rows, turning the work at the end of each row and without chaining 1 to go up.
1- 6 sc. (TURN);

2- 1 sl st., 5 sc. (TURN);

3- 4 sc. (TURN);

4- 1 sl st., 3 sc. (TURN);

5- 3 sc. (TURN).

Fold and sew one end to the other so that the larger part with the tip is facing upwards.
Sew one on each side between rnd. 10 and 12 of the body.

Comb

With Amigurumi yarn color #1205 (Magnolia)
1- Inside of a magic ring, work: 4 ch., 1 sl st., 4 ch., 1 sl st., 4 ch., 1 sl st. Close it and sew between rounds 1 and 3 on the front part.
