Legs (2), Body, and Head
Start with Amigurumi Slim yarn 3047 (Breeze):
Round 1: 6 sc in the magic ring;
Round 2: 6 inc = 12 sc;
Round 3: 1 sc, 1 inc = 18 sc;
Round 4: 18 sc working in the back loop only;
Round 5: 18 sc;
Switch to Amigurumi Slim yarn 8001 (White):
In the next round, make an invisible color change. Count the 2 rounds as if they were one.
Round 6: 18 sl st in the back loop only and 18 sc in the back loop only.
This makes counting rounds easier because the 18 sl st in the back loop only leave just one line. The other color changes won't be done this way.
Round 7: 18 sc.
Switch to Amigurumi Slim yarn 8990 (Black):
Round 8: 18 sc.
Switch to Amigurumi Slim yarn 8001 (White):
Rounds 9-10: 18 sc.
Fasten off the first leg. Make the second leg.
The zebra's body will be made with 2 rounds in Amigurumi Slim 8001 (White) and 1 round in Amigurumi Slim 8990 (Black). To make the color changes less noticeable and avoid invisible color changes on the hooves, fasten off and start with the new color on the side of the body.
In the next round, join the legs.
Switch to Amigurumi Slim yarn 8990 (Black):
Make 2 ch on the second leg and attach the yarn to the inner part of the first leg.
Round 11: 18 sc on the first leg, 2 sc on the ch, 18 sc on the second leg, 2 sc on the other side of the ch = 40 sc.

Tail
With Amigurumi Slim yarn 8990 (Black):
Cut 3 strands of 7.87 inches (20 cm) each, pass them through the tail area, and braid them.
Mane
With Amigurumi Slim yarn 8990 (Black):
Cut 30 pieces of 5.91 inches (15 cm) each. Make strands of 2 threads and attach them from the forehead to create a fringe down the head.
Mounting
Sew the arms turned inward to the body.
Sew the snout between the eyes.
At the top of the head, sew the ears.
With Amigurumi Slim yarn 8001 (White), pass the yarn over each eye 4 times to form the eyelids.
With Maxi Mouline yarn 8990 (Black), embroider the nostrils at the top of the snout and the smile next to the muzzle.
Place the black sneakers.
