Fasten off.
Skirt

Attach the yarn to the loops left from Rnd 16.
Rnd 1: Ch 2, 36 sl st;

From now on, work the strands in back-and-forth rows around the base.
Strand 1: 1 sl st, ch 21, skip 2 ch, 20 sc. Make 1 sl st in the next base stitch, ch 1 (TURN);
Strands 2 to 13: 20 sc in back loops only, ch 1, turn, and continue working 20 sc in back loops only.

Make two chains of 25 ch each. Form a bow with each chain and tie the center with a small piece of yarn, then glue or sew each bow to the base of the ears.
