Notes:

Stitch Pattern = Follow the chart.

Yoke: Follow the chart.

Gauge: A 3.94″ (10 cm) square in Stitch Pattern following the chart and using a B-1 (2.0 mm) hook = 33 sts x 11 rows.

Instructions:

Front and Back

They are started together. Start with the yoke. Using yarn #7799 and B-1 (2.0 mm) hook, ch 152, close into a ring, and work the yoke following the chart; repeat from * to * (19 times). Close all rnds with 1 sl st and start the next one with ch. Work rnd 7; work the following 3 rows only on one side at the center of the yoke (front). When you finish the 3 rows, continue working in the rnd all around the yoke, following the chart. Once you finish the yoke chart, separate the sts for the sleeves, front section, and back. Center the front sts as indicated on the chart. Follow the yoke chart to separate the sts as follows: 6 Vs for one sleeve, 16 Vs for the front, 6 Vs for the other sleeve, and 15 Vs for the back.

Front section

Using yarn #7799 and B-1 (2.0 mm) hook, work back and forth rows in Stitch Pattern along the front sts, following the chart; repeat from * to * (48 times). After working 3.94″ (10 cm) in Stitch Pattern, leave the work on hold.

Back

Using yarn #7799 and B-1 (2.0 mm) hook, work back and forth rows in Stitch Pattern along the back sts, following the chart; repeat from * to * (47 times). When front and back reach the same height, join them to work Stitch Pattern in the rnd using yarn #7799 and B-1 (2.0 mm) hook, following the chart. Inc once on each side between both sections from * to *. Dec every 2 rnds from * to * (6 times). Dec in the direction of the armholes, 3 dec on each side every 4 rnds. When you finish the dec, inc every 2 rnds from * to * (6 times). Work the inc in the same direction as the dec - 3 inc on each side every 4 rnds. At 9.45″ (24 cm) from the armhole, work 1 rnd of sc and fasten off.

Sleeves

Work the sleeves directly into the piece. Using yarn #7799 and B-1 (2.0 mm) hook, work Stitch Pattern following the chart in 2 central Vs; repeat from * to * (6 times); inc on each side every row from * to * (5 times). Join the sleeve with 1 sl st at the end of each row. When you finish the inc, fasten off. Work both sleeves in the same way.

Finishing

Using yarn #7799 and B-1 (2.0 mm) hook, work 1 rnd of sc all around the armholes and fasten off. Using yarn #7799 and B-1 (2.0 mm) hook, work 4 rnds of sc all around the neckline and fasten off.
