Instructions:
Transfer the templates onto tracing paper to use as a reference while working. Pay attention to the arrows on the measurement chart indicating the direction of the work.
Blouse (Step 1):
Using a B-1 (2.0 mm) crochet hook and Cléa yarn #4131 (Dark Cheddar), begin at the yoke neckline, working in continuous rounds. Ch 176 and join with a sl st to form a ring. Work pattern st (A) following diag. 1, repeating the st pattern from R1 to R11. Fold the yoke in half to mark the front and back. At 6 in (15 cm) from each side, join the front and back sections of the yoke with a sl st to create the armhole openings.
Step 2:
Work the front and back body together in rounds using pattern st (B), following diag. 2 and repeating the st pattern from R12 to R51.
Step 3:
Work each sleeve separately around the armholes in rounds using pattern stitch (C), following diag. 3 and repeating the st pattern from R52 to R78.
Edging:
With the same B-1 (2.0 mm) hook and same yarn, join the yarn to the starting ch of the yoke and work the edging following diag. 4, repeating the st pattern from R79 to R81. Work in rounds.
Lining suggestion:
A separate tank top.
