Instructions
Transfer the patterns onto tracing paper to use as a reference when making the piece. Pay attention to the arrows in the measurement diagram, which indicate the direction of the work.
Skirt
1st step: Start the piece at the waist, working the front and back at the same time. Use Seaside yarn #6114 (Almond) and a 3.0 mm crochet hook. Start the piece with a cord of 146 ch.; Over the cord, work the skirt following diag. 1 from 1st to 21st row, working back-and-forth.
2nd step: Continue the front and back in circular rounds following diag. 1 from 22nd to 85th row, fasten off the yarn.
Waistband: Join the yarn to the skirt's starting cord and work 3 rows of sc. (105 sts. in each row), work back-and-forth.
Finishing the slit at the back: Work 1 sc. around the slit (35 sts. on each side).
Lining: modeled on the skirt and attached to the waistband and back slit (16 cm), together with the zipper, sew on the sewing machine using Maxxi Retrós 930 yarn (Almond).
Cropped
1st step: Work front and back at the same time, starting at the bottom in the middle of the back. Work in circular rounds. Use Seaside yarn #6114 (Almond) and a 3.0 mm crochet hook. Start the piece with a cord of 132 ch., 1 sl st. to close the loop. Over the loop, work following diag. 2 (1st step) and the repeat st. from the 1st to the 17th row.
2nd step: Continue front and back in back-and-forth rows following diag. 2 (step 2) from the 18th to the 23rd row. Start at the back on the left, work across to the front and finish at the back on the right.
3rd step: Continue front, back, right side and left side separately in back-and-forth rows following diag. 2 (3rd step) from the 24th to the 47th row. Change to the tapestry needle and join the shoulders (3.15” / 8 cm) leaving the armholes 6.3” / 16 cm wide. Fasten off the yarn and set the piece aside.
Sleeve
1st step: Start the piece at the bottom and work in circular rounds. Use Seaside yarn #6114 (Almond) and a 3.0 mm crochet hook. Start the piece with a cord of 62 ch., 1 sl st. to close the loop. Over the loop, work along diag. 3 (step 1) from the 1st to the 23rd row.
2nd step: Proceed with the upper part of the sleeve in back-and-forth rows following diag. 3 (2nd step) from the 24th to the 36th row. Change to the tapestry needle and attach the sleeve around the armhole with running stitches. Make the other sleeve in the same way.
Finishing: work 3 rows of sc. in circular rounds as follows: neckline, back and front (100 sts. per row), hem (110 sts. per row) and cuffs (36 sts. per row).
Lining: shape over the piece as a tank top and fasten around the neckline and shoulders on the sewing machine using Maxxi Retrós #930 (Almond) thread.
