Start with yarn #4095 (Rum) and a 2.5 mm hook:
Make 6 ch.;
R1: Skip 1 ch., 4 sc., 1 incT. in the last ch., on the other side of the foundation chain: 3 sc., 1 inc. = 12 sc.;
R2: 1 inc., 4 sc., 2 inc., 4 sc., 1 inc. = 16 sc.;
R3: 1 inc., 6 sc., 2 inc., 6 sc., 1 inc. = 20 sc.;
R4: 20 BPsc.;
R5-R6: 20 sc.;
R7: 2 sc., 8 dec., 2 sc. = 12 sc.;
R8 to R11 (4 rounds): 12 sc.
Stuff the foot.
R12A – FLO: 12 sc.;
Cut the yarn.
Attach yarn #7650 (Almond) to the back loops of round 11 and make:

With yarns #2930 (Neptune) and #6161 (Violet) with a 3.0 mm hook:
Work using the tapestry crochet technique to carry the yarns.
R1 (inside a magic ring): 3 sc. with yarn #2930 (Neptune) and 3 sc. with yarn #6161 (Violet) = 6 sc.;
R2: 3 inc. with yarn #2930 (Neptune) and 3 inc. with yarn #6161 (Violet) = 12 sc.;
