Braid them together.
Apply glue to the horn and wrap the braid around it.
Hair Strands
With yarns #2194 (Turquoise) and #5743 (Neo Mint):
For the front, cut several strands of approximately 20 inches long.
Attach to the hair, alternating between blue and green.
For the sides and back, cut several strands of approximately 9.5 inches long.
Attach to the hair, alternating between blue and green.
