Dress:

Using the C-2 (3.0 mm) hook and Charme yarn in Porcelain color, begin the piece at the neckline, working back and front at the same time in continuous rounds:

Ch 126, join with 1 sl st to form a ring. Work over this ring in Pattern Stitch A, following Chart 1 from R1 to R32.
